MISSIONS:
• Work one-to-one with clients to help determine their financial and investment needs to achieve their long-term goals.
• Sell a wide range of financial products such as life assurance, pensions, investments, protection policies etc.
PROFILE:
• At least 2 to 3 years experience in Sales or Business Development.
• QFA qualified or achievement of qualification within 3 years
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Extensive social / business networks
• Full clean driving license
CONDITIONS:
• Commission only (up to 80K€ the first year)
• Office, phone, computer, meeting rooms provided
• Possibility to work from home or in an office.
• Full training provided
The training sessions include:
- In-depth courses on the practice of assessing personal financial needs and protection shortfalls,
- Criteria for offering solutions and Irish laws governing insurance and investment products,
- Marketing techniques and guidelines as well as one to one sales training
